I'm Steve Carter — husband, dad of 4, follower of Christ, and someone who has personally conducted 400+ interviews across multiple companies. I built Sherpa Steve because I've watched brilliant candidates lose offers simply because they didn't know how to tell their story — or package their answers.

My own career is proof the system works. I started in education, broke into tech with no traditional background, and went from junior rep to director in 36 months. I know what it takes to make that kind of leap — and I know exactly how to help you do the same.
